Une stratégie et un plan d’action pour le réseau des femmes syndicalistes arabes
Le réseau des femmes syndicalistes arabes a été créé en 2011 avant même la création de la CSI arabe, cette année est exceptionnelle pour ce réseau, elle coïncide avec leurs 9eme rencontre annuelle mais aussi avec le premier congrès de la CSI arabe , en face d’un contexte politique et social assez compliqué dans la région spécialement pour la femme , l’idée était de faire une rencontre d’évaluation de ce réseau avec l’aide d’une experte spécialisé dans le développement des réseaux , pour instaurer une stratégie et un plan d’action pour ce réseau pour les deux ans avenir ce qui va permettre d’une part le développement du réseau au niveau de la CSI arabe mais aussi son impact au niveau national et régional à partir des compagnes pour améliorer la présence et la fiabilité de la femme syndicaliste.
La réunion était principalement une réunion de réflexion le 17 et 18 Mars 2018, entre un groupe qui représente le réseau des femmes syndicalistes arabes (6 représentantes du réseau : Algérie, Bahrain, Palestine, Égypt. , Tunisie , Maroc ) avec une spécialiste dans le développement des réseaux et les problématiques genres dans la région arabe , à partir du feedback de la réunion le réseau des femmes syndicalistes arabes disposera d’une vision stratégique concrète à moyen et long terme.
