Young Leaders Programme Iraq

In Iraq, the Young Leaders Programme is managed by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Iraq and implemented through its local partner "Tammuz Organization for Social Development" since its establishment in 2015. The programme adopts an inclusive evaluation and selection criteria to include Iraqi youth from all Iraqi governorates based on knowledge and competencies taking into consideration gender balance. Three generations already graduated from the programme, all graduated young leaders join an alumni group to stay updated and involved in the FES Iraq projects, in addition to sharing abroad opportunities.
