11th Sustainable Cities Conference; Cities in Transition

29-30th of March, 2022

Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Egypt / Online via Zoom

The 11th Sustainable Cities Conference; Cities in Transition will focus on how our cities face the diverse challenges that ranges from population growth, rapid urbanism, financial obstacles while at the same time, not making the link between planning and implementation.

The conference will cover topics related to low carbon infrastructure, developments within the context of cities along with shedding light on the role of municipalities in achieving sustainability while discussing financial and economic opportunities. Furthermore, the conference will offer space to learn from the experience of the cities who previously hosted the COP while linking them to the actions and plans for the upcoming COP in Egypt.

We are partnering with one of the most prestigious institutions in Egypt, Bibliotheca Alexandria thus paving the pathway for sharing ideas and creative solutions that will be implemented in MENA cities.

Join us and meet our distinguished speakers, while having outstanding discussions, knowledge exchange, lessons learned and networking opportunities in one of the astonishing cities of the MENA region; Alexandria.
