Chronicling the Coronavirus: A Perspective from Jordan

The team at the West Asia-North Africa Institute (WANA) has put together a working chronology of the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and a working chronology of the situation as it has unfolded in Jordan.

The journal-like texts have been accompanied by reflections that touch on questions of epidemiology as well as issues of governance and policymaking as seen through the prisms of human security, sustainable development and social justice.

The chronologies are intended to form a body of evidence for a study that compares policy responses towards the outbreak of the novel coronavirus across a select number of countries in the West Asia-North Africa region.
